Karin Van Roy

Karin Van Roy has been active in legal, sales, trade marketing and human resources since 1987. Karin worked for many years at Interbrew, later AB InBev, where she was HR Manager for the breweries in Europe. She then joined the Pelican Rouge Group where she was Chief HR Officer in 11 European countries, responsible for more than 5,000 people. For the last two years she has been leading HR at Arvesta with her invaluable expertise.
