The innocens project is a research and development project that aims to predict complications of prematurity by learning the computer to detect patterns in monitored vital parameters. The innocens technology provides continuous and explainable model output to the relevant stakeholders at the bedside. Swift action based on an individualised risk assessment can improve benefit and reduce harm for our patients. Changing the front-end of digitalision in the NICU  and enabling  to learn from new data is a crucial step in the road ahead to achieve Value-based Healthcare
