Ching Foe was born in Amsterdam. After her studies at the faculty of social sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen she lived and worked for 13 years in Shanghai.
In 2018 she moved to Antwerp. At this moment she is the projectmanager on e-health in the City of Antwerp, with a focus on a long-term vision ensuring the development of an ecosystem for (e-)health startups and the support of (e-)health investment projects.
