As the Co-Founder of Herculean Alliance, Inge is on a mission to solve the challenges of disconnected employees in a hybrid working environment and fight symptoms like The Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting. She’s the co-author of the book “Employee Engagement, what else?”, together with Klaus Lommatzsch. Inge’s goal is to help business leaders up their engagement game and to build stronger leaders and organisations. She uses her expertise from the field of marketing and communication to attract, motivate and retain employees.
As an entrepreneur, Inge divides her time between Belgium and the UAE. She’s a partner at Stanton Chase Middle East, taking care of the Technology and Professional Services practice. She also acts as a strategic advisor to Dubai Police and has been a keynote speaker for United Nations Women and other leading organisations. Her favourite topics are on Diversity and Inclusion, HR Analytics, the drivers of engagement, and the link between the customer and employee experience. And, last but not least, Inge is also the organizer of the Employee Engagement Awards, with its fourth edition taking place on 12th October.
