Gertjan Verachtert assists clients with national and international tax issues, both with respect to private and professional assets and income. In these areas he also assists clients in dispute resolution and litigation. Over the years, Gertjan has built up experience in advising on tax compliance of asset structures (Cayman tax, exchange of information), migration and emigration of individuals and companies, cross-border investments (including crypto) and assistance to artists and sports individuals in international context.
