Arno gained marketing and communication experience throughout different industries. His road led from government institutions through the automotive and aviation industry to Efficy, a European CRM developer. Arno has experienced how digital transformation hit every industry and he will talk about the resistance that goes along with the process and give some concrete good practices. For Arno, change is inevitable and even necessary to stay motivated, hence why he is also partly self-employed.
